Tracy Chan is a journalism graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and a founding member of Frolic Hawai‘i’s predecessor, Nonstop Honolulu. Formerly known as a nightlife photographer, in her current career she is a freelance journalist, photographer, copy editor and art gallery communications manager. Tracy is an adventurous soul who will try any dish once. She enjoys discovering new foods, things, places, people and paradigms.
