Managing Fashion Editor of HONOLULU Magazine
Born and raised on O‘ahu, wardrobe stylist and writer Brie Thalmann has logged more than a decade of experience in the local fashion industry. Currently the managing fashion editor of HONOLULU Magazine and editor of the publication’s ancillary magazine shopping Honolulu SHOPS, Brie oversees the brand’s fashion-focused editorial content. A day at her post includes everything from styling photo shoots and editing articles to meeting with designers, photographers and boutique owners. Brie holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from UH Mānoa. Her previous stints include full-time and contributing positions at Hawai‘i Woman Magazine, Ala Moana Magazine and Smart Magazine.
