Here’s a little tried-and-tested fitspiration for International Yoga Day on Monday, June 21.
From sculpt-and-burn to boot camp, web workouts are virtual-ly all we can do. But we’re not complaining.
We decided to shelter-in-shape and tuned in separately to a live boot camp class on Ward’s Instagram, taught by Mike Sapp Fitness. Not gonna lie, one of us wanted to drop the Mike and leave.
No equipment, no problem.
