If you’ve been to Foodland Farms’ create-your-own poke bowl station, this concept is similar. Each order comes with 3 pounds of poke — your choice of fresh ahi, tako or shrimp. Then comes the fun part: Dress up your poke any way you want by adding on ingredients like ogo, toasted sesame seeds, green onions, furikake, Sriracha and oyster sauce. Choices are unlimited — sauces and toppings don’t cost any extra.

This sampler of 12 handmade triangle musubis will steal the show at any potluck. Mix and match to your heart’s content: Go with the classic Spam musubi or pick from konbu, salmon wakame, char siu, ume shiso and tuna mayo. Our faves: Tuna mayo and salmon wakame with its soft, briny hijiki crunch.

Pork belly with spicy miso Awe-Ssam sauce, pulehu chicken with Thai peanut sauce, or grilled shrimp with sweet chili sauce: Choose any or all that you want. This platter features 12 steamed and stuffed buns garnished with pickled vegetables and scallions. We recommend getting all three flavors.
