Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 2-6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Bunny takes a break from 2 to 3 p.m. on weekends.

Find the Easter Bunny in the Macy‘s wing, located across from Kids City. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 3 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Closed on Easter Sunday.) The Bunny takes a break from 2 to 3 p.m. on weekends. Whether it’s Spongebob Squarepants or Peppa Pig, keiki are invited to dress up as their favorite cartoon character at Ka Makana Ali’i for its Cartoon Mania night. Families dressed up in theme will get 10% off the Easter photo package and receive coupons and offers from tenants at the mall, including Milky Cereal Bar, Magnolia Ice Cream & Treats, Razor Sports and much more. You can take pics with Makani the Easter Bunny in his house in Macy’s across from Kids City. He’ll be there until Saturday. (Note that he’ll be taking a break on Easter Sunday.)

Spring EGG-Stravaganza at the Hawaiʻi Children’s Discovery Center (Update: Sold Out)
9 to 11 a.m. April 15 and 16
Kids will go for an Easter egg hung, make crafts and play in the center. Reservations come with one-hour of spring-inspired activities then an hour of free play in the centerʻs interactive galleries. Space is limited and the deadline to register through this Google form is April 1. But weʻre guessing the always popular event will sell out before then.

The Great Wahiawā Easter Egg Hunt
Starts at noon, April 17
More than 1,000 eggs will be hidden throughout Wahiawā Town on Sunday morning by local businesses, communities and individuals. Inside each egg will be free gifts and prizes. You can find them anywhere in the 96786 zipcode, but here’s a hint: Hot spots are Wahiawā Freshwater State Park, Wahiawā District Park and Wahiawā Botanical Gardens. Easter Bunny Window at Royal Hawaiian Center
4 to 6 p.m. April 16 and 17
Aunty Lele returns to the Royal Hawaiian Center in the new Lei ʻOhu Hale—but this year she’s joined by her furry friend, Uncle Lāpaki. The two bunnies will be posing for photos—free and open to the public. Spend at least $10 at any of the center’s merchants and get validated parking; ihe first hour free and second and third hours at $2 per hour. Kamaʻāina and Military are eligible to receive three hours of free parking with a purchase of $10 or more and validation from Helumoa Hale Guest Services.

Easter Festival in Hawaiʻi Kai

Meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny and spend time with adorable bunnies, chicks, ducklings and other friendly animals at the petting zoo. Families can also make balloon animals and win prizes in a raffle—one winner will be drawn every hour. Make a day of it by arriving early to grab lunch before the festival or spending time together as a family with dinner afterwards.

KidzArt Windward’s Easter Egg Hunt
April 17, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m
KidzArt Windward, Lōkahi Kailua Market and other local businesses are teaming up to host a fun egg hunt on Easter morning. And, this one isn’t just for kids—moms and dads are welcome to participate, too. Eggs will be hidden in a designated obstacle area at Lōkahi Market and will be filled with toys, prizes, candies and more. Here are the designated time slots:
- 9:30 a.m. for ages 5 and under
- 10:30 a.m. for all kids
- 11:30 a.m. for all kids
- 12:30 p.m. for adults only
All proceeds will go towards KidzArt Hawaiʻi’s financial aid program. Note: You can leave your Easter baskets at home as baskets will be provided for all participants. Tickets are $10, with a small online booking fee.

Easter Bunny and Scavenger Hunt at Salt at Our Kakaʻako
Take selfies with the bunny and receive bubbles, or treats for your four-legged friends at The Barn area. Afterwards, pick up or download a map, solve the clues to find large egg stickers throughout the area and receive stamps you can redeem for a treat. Write down the words you find on the egg stickers to spell a phrase, complete an online entry form and you will also be entered to win a dinner at 1938 Indochine.
