What’s New at Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar
(Sponsored) The vino-focused sister spaces are back in full swing, and it’s time to wine down.
Sister businesses Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar have a lot going for them: a prime location in town, a contemporary ambience that’s all about the casual-cool vibes and plenty of great dishes and drinks—especially those off the vine—to dig into.
For the past year or so, Stage and Amuse have patiently waited for COVID-19 restrictions to ease. Now, with Tier 3 in place, the two restaurants are back in full(ish—we’re still in a pandemic, after all) swing and celebrating with new eats and events for patrons.
Stage Restaurant has just added a Tasting Thursday, which is as delicious as it sounds: Every second Thursday of the month, the restaurant features a tapas-style menu paired with wine or cocktails. It’s also continued its Ovation wine dinner every last Tuesday of the month that features a different theme with wine pairings curated by Sky Cameron of Chambers Wine Merchants.
Amuse Wine Bar has officially reopened its fan-favorite wine carousels (a unique offering in Hawai‘i, and always my main reason for stopping by after work), which were closed all last year due to the pandemic. While you’re there, make sure to check out some of the brand-new tasty appetizers now listed on the menu. Plus, starting this week, guests can sip their wine samples to live music every Tuesday. Can you think of a better way to wine down?
