Holiday specials

Several restaurants at Ward Village are featuring special menus for the holidays. Merriman’s Honolulu has a four-course prix fixe menu available for takeout on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve for $69 per person.

Istanbul Hawaii is offering a holiday feast for two for $75 per person that’s available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. It includes:

The restaurant’s signature mezze platter with hummus, muhammara, water borek, smoked babaganush, peynir and karpuz and pita bread
Dinner rolls and brown butter
Choice of entree (choose from pirzola, turkey, onaga, cauliflower shawarma or Imam Bayildi) served with glazed Kahumana carrots, charred tomatoes, brown butter saffron mashed potatoes, turkey gravy with black peppercorns and housemade cranberry sauce
Dessert for two: Pumpkin pecan baklava with creme fraiche dondurma or vanilla bean ice cream

Preorder online at least three days in advance for the platter. Pickup is before 5 p.m. on the designated day.
