The final weekend of July brings some pretty awesome events as varied as the islands. Check out a comic convention, a reggae music festival, a downtown pub crawl, Japan’s top magician and a motorcycle stunt festival.

This three-day annual event is a family-friendly celebration of comics, costumes, fantasy, sci-fi and all things nerd (including George Takei himself). Come wearing your best cosplay and be prepared to go into full fangirl/boy mode!

Mayjah Rayjah is back! Happening Friday and Saturday at Waikiki Shell, this year’s event will feature an all-star lineup including J Boog (“Let’s Do It Again), Iration (“Time Bomb”), Matisyahu (“King Without a Crown”), Rebel Souljahz (“Nothing to Hide”), and more.
90’s Bar Crawl

6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Come hang out at a 1990s-themed pub crawl in Chinatown! Part of the proceeds will go to Oahu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. There’ll be drink specials at participating bars, an exclusive after party, a costume contest and raffles for 90s-themed goodies. All with 90s-themed music, of course.

Cycle City Hawaii & Monster Energy Present the 10th Annual Stunt Fest

Stunt riders Nick Apex Brocha and Monster Model Elody headline at the 10th version of this motorcycle stunt show, which also features the Kamikaze Crew, Plan-B Drift Trikes, Grom, Ruckus and Moped Show. The free event will also have giveaways, food, music and family fun.
