Shake it up: International Market Place’s Mixology Month is back
Bartender battles, exclusive cocktails and more throughout July

Bottoms up! International Market Place’s second annual Mixology Month is back for all of July with participating restaurants offering exclusive signature cocktails and pupus for $5 and $10 each.
Starting July 10 and every Wednesday in July, a Battle of the Bartenders will have Grand Lanai and The Street Food Hall mixologists going shaker to shaker for bragging rights and a $2,000 cash prize. The competition’s from 5 to 6 p.m. in Queen’s Court on level 1 and admission is free, so go cheer on your favorite mixologist. The ultimate championship battle is on July 31 — winners from each week will shake off for the grand prize.
Mixology Month concludes with Girls’ Night Out on July 26 from 5 to 9 p.m. In partnership with Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, International Market Place will host an evening featuring a glass of bubbly at Saks Fifth Avenue, bites and sips at Eating House 1849, StripSteak Waikiki and Flour & Barley, and dessert at Burger Hale. All attendees — guys are welcome, too — will receive a gift from participating retailers, including a luxe beauty treatment at Saks Fifth Avenue. Tickets are $95 and available for purchase.
