Nonstop Kaka‘ako
Thousands came out to Saturday’s first annual Nonstop Kaka‘ako, a mega pop-up entertainment, food and retail event. There was much to do, see and eat, with entertainment by Anuhea, Yoza, Lost at Sea and Kainalu on the main stage, a ladies lounge, beer garden, a retail tent and more. Here’s a look at what went down:
Nonstop Kakaako
One solid block in Kakaako on Saturday: scene of Nonstop Kakaako, a one-of-a-kind block party with major food, beer garden, man cave with cigar lounge and poke bar, ladies’ lounge with martini and sweets bars and chic boutiques, live UH homecoming football against New Mexico State, and live entertainment by Anuhea, Yoza, Lost at Sea and Kainalu.
Nonstop Kakaako started at 4 p.m. and runs until midnight. Free parking on streets and mega-lots all around. Party’s heating up…
