People from all over the world have shown an incredible outpouring of support for those affected by the recent devastating wildfires on Maui, from overwhelming donation drives for essential items to providing free meals to volunteering.

And there’s much more we can do to ensure people get the resources they need. This weekend, local musicians and cultural practitioners will come together at Bishop Museum on O‘ahu for Maui Ola, a concert to continue raising funds to kōkua our neighbors. All of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Maui through donation portals that include Maui United Way, Hawai‘i Community Foundation, Hawai‘i People’s Fund and the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement.

Here’s what you need to know about the event, whether you attend in person or watch online.
