In love with NYC

If there’s a city that I can say that I’m in love with other than home, it would be New York City. The city that never sleeps has never disappointed me. From the food, nightlife, shopping and incredible people, New York is truly an amazing place.

Some of my San Diego friends met up with me in the city, and I also had the opportunity to reconnect with some of my Hawaii friends that are currently living here. While my San Diego friends did the tourist attractions, I was able to explore the city through the eyes of its residents.

The first day we all were together, we walked around the city in 20 degree temperatures. You know that old song that has the line, “Oh baby, it’s cold outside?” Well being here on the East Coast makes me feel like I’m constantly walking around a huge freezer. It’s hard to look cute while you’re bundled up in so many layers.
