Hawai‘i Gives Back: 211 is Hawai‘i’s Lifeline for Those In Need
Aloha United Way steps up to address Hawai‘i’s rising needs.
Hawai‘i Gives Back celebrates the spirit of philanthropy in Hawai‘i. We shine a light on the many extraordinary nonprofits across the state doing good work because it’s the right thing to do. Most of these organizations work within tight budgets trying to meet extreme needs. They depend on the generosity of their donors and the hard work of their volunteers to fulfill their missions. They provide resources so people can find or keep their homes, bring meals and comfort to kūpuna and provide places and programs to help kids facing challenges just be kids. These nonprofits are striving to make Hawai‘i a better place, whether they’re working in the ocean or at the legislature. We hope you’ll celebrate these organizations with us, and maybe, along the way, find your place in their visions for a better Hawai‘i.
