Hawaii’s biggest-ever Localicious eating drive runs the entire month of March, with more than 260 restaurants participating statewide. That means that every time you go out and order a Localicious dish — which is made with locally raised or grown products — the restaurant donates $1 toward ag education in public schools. Localicious dishes are identified on menus with the campaign’s logo.

Tiki’s half-pound Maui Nui venison burger features a local taro bun with sweet onions, sliced pickles, Huna sauce, island lettuce and tomato. The Maui Nui venison comes from wild axis deer, resulting in a subtle, full-flavored burger that’s completely antibiotic- and hormone-free.

This indulgent ramen is a comfort dish that’s perfect for cooler evenings. It includes a slow-braised whole chicken leg, black garlic oil, chives, dashi egg, red onion, scallions, bonito seasoning and gobo chips.
