Try the popular prix-fixe dinner that comes with your choice of butterfish, lobster or steak, plus an appetizer, sashimi, tempura, sides and desserts for $55. The chef curates a special kaiseki dinner that changes monthly, and there’s always fresh sashimi and sushi. If you love shabu shabu, go for the hot pot dinner with choices of wagyu beef, U.S. beef or black pork. And don’t forget some sake — it makes fabulous cuisine even better.
