The extensive menu at HI Steaks includes Loco Mocos, garlic shrimp plates, burgers and more. HI Steaks Kapolei also has a few exclusive dishes:
- Dynamite Elote: Grilled corn that’s rolled in a Dynamite sauce and topped with Kewpie mayo, unagi sauce, chili flakes, furikake, smoked meat and cilantro
- Pork Candy: Housemade bacon that’s grilled then coated in a Pulehu rub and lilikoi caramel sauce
- Build Your Own Bowl: Lay your base, pick your porotein, add 3 sides and unlimited sauces and toppings. Bases include white or brown rice, quinoa and super greens. Pick from proteins like ginger shoyu barbecue chicken, Kiawe guava smoked meat, kim chee ahi poke and more. Fresh sides include lots of local flavors, ranging from Adobo sweet potato and taro and pineapple pico de gallo to kim chee coleslaw, miso sesame choy sum, pickled radish and papaya and more. Choose from sauces like teriyaki, chimichurri and garlic butter, and finish off your bowl with toppings like crispy mac nuts, won ton chips, furikake, cilantro and green onions.
