First day of progress

It’s been a whirlwind of a Monday, but #ProgressIs day one has come to a close. If you haven’t heard by now, I was chosen to be a finalist in the Audi #ProgressIs Twitter contest, a nationwide effort to spread the word about Audi’s brand, it’s mission and what it all means to you.

The campaign was made popular with an ad during the Super Bowl featuring the first ever Twitter hashtag mention during the major sporting event.

Ten US finalists are vying for a chance to win the grand prize of a trip to Sonoma to the Audi sportscar experience and $25k to donate to a charity of choice. It’s exciting to think that social media can open doors to giving back and doing good in the community.

With overwhelming support from friends, family and complete strangers, we were able to garner over 1000 Twitter RTs and 8,000 Twitpic views, earning me points that contribute to my final score. The finalist with the most points at the end of the week will win the grand prize. There’s a long way to go!

To help me earn +3 points, watch this video and tell your friends! Each view this and any of my #ProgressIs videos can get will help. Mahalo!
