Mark your calendars for Grand Lanai Restaurant Week, happening April 9-16, 2018 at International  Market Place! Seven Grand Lanai restaurants and The Street food hall are featuring specially priced, signature prix fixe menus showcasing some of their best dishes. Plus, this Restaurant Week comes with fun activities and events for foodies.

If you like poke, don’t miss Poke Bowl II on Friday, April 13 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. It’s a battle for the best traditional and specialty poke creations, pitting Eating House 1849 chef Randy Bangloy against STRIPSTEAK chef Jamie Zager. The contest is free and open to the public, so come down and vote for your favorite! Psst, the first 75 attendees receive a special gift.

Eating House 1849’s Randy Bangloy will battle STRIPSTEAK’s Jamie Zager for bragging rights to the best poke.

Throughout the week, tag your Grand Lanai Restaurant Week photos with @intlmktplace and hashtags #GrandLanai and #MarketPlaceStories, and you’ll be automatically entered into a Photo Contest. The grand prize: a $250 gift card to a Grand Lanai restaurant of your choice! Contestants must also follow @intlmktplace to be eligible. Visit GrandLanai.com for official photo contest rules.

To close out Grand Lanai Restaurant Week, An Evening with Michael Mina offers an unforgettable experience with the James Beard Award-winning chef. Mina will present an al fresco feast inspired by STRIPSTEAK Waikiki, The Street Food Hall by Michael Mina, and Mina’s Fish House. The evening kicks off with a reception on the Third Floor Grand Lanai where guests will graze on pupus from Little Lafa, Nana Lu, International Smoke and more, while indulging in Kai Poke’s signature “If Can, Can” cocktail. The four-course, seated dinner starts at 6 p.m., with signature Mina dishes paired with distinctive wine selections. This intimate event happens 5:30-9 p.m. Monday, April 16, and tickets are still available at $175.

Don’t forget — parking is easy and stress-free, with self-parking and valet options available. The entrance to the International Market Place parking structure is on Kuhio Avenue at Walina Street.
