On Sept. 4, attendees gathered at Murphy’s Bar & Grill for the Hawaii Literacy Pau Hana Block Party, a benefit for literacy.

The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival Lucky MODERN Buddha Belly event featured dishes from 14 chefs and drinks from 17 master sommeliers, winemakers and mixologists. The event was held Sept. 4 at the Modern Honolulu Hotel.
