Parade of Poke: All the New Poke Coming to Frolic’s May 18 Poke Fest

Nearly 20 poke vendors from all over O‘ahu are bringing their best for poke’s biggest event of the year.

Poke fans’ biggest day of the year arrives next weekend—and we’re catching early glimpses of the new creations each vendor is bringing. Frolic’s 7th annual Poke Fest happens on Saturday, May 18, with nearly 20 poke vendors from all over O‘ahu coming together at Ka Makana Ali‘i—each with an all-new poke created exclusively for this event.

Feast your eyes on the ‘onolicious new poke below. And don’t forget: Every vendor will also sell their signature poke and other dishes as well.

Among this year’s newcomers is Mō‘ili‘ili’s Ali‘i Fish Market, which is bringing its truly bomb Poke Fest entry of Smoked Shoyu ‘Ahi Poke with lechon chile crunch (as seen on this morning’s Hawai‘i News Now Sunrise with Grace Lee).

By tradition, you’ll get to vote for your favorite new poke as we crown the new King of Poke Fest 2024. Paradise Poke won last year with their decadent Truffle ‘Ahi Poke. Who’ll take the prize this year?

Frolic’s Poke Fest will take over the massive parking lot at Ka Makana Ali‘i between California Pizza Kitchen and ‘Ōlino Theatres.
