Who’s coming: Eat the Street Musubi
Eat the Street happens a week earlier this month because of the Thanksgiving holiday, and for this edition, not only will vendors offer their versions of the beloved musubi, but an attempt will be made break the Guinness World Record for the world’s biggest musubi. The current record is 628 pounds, and event organizers hope to surpass that by creating a 1000-pound musubi. Whoa!
Plus, there are lots of great musubi-themed dishes on the menu this month, including Baja’s “Mexubi,” Blue Truck Teppanyaki’s lobster tail musubi and Five-O Ribs’ turkey and stuffing musubi and Le Crepe Cafe’s Spam Love crepe. So we’ll see you there!
