100 Sails Kicks Off March with Indulge, A Signature Grazing Experience
(Sponsored) The Hawai‘i Prince Hotel restaurant reopens with old favorites, new additions and an updated dining concept, plus a featured indulgent dish of the month.
The pandemic has basically made the traditional buffet format a no-go, but Prince Waikīkī Hotel’s popular AYCE is rolling with the punches. After nearly a year behind closed doors, 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar reopened last month with an updated approach to the buffet concept that lets you enjoy the best parts—all-you-can-eat great food, plenty of variety and a killer harbor view, to name a few—while staying safely distanced from other guests.

Indulge, A Signature Grazing Experience is available on Friday and Saturday evenings, 5 to 9:30 p.m., and costs $72 a person. The menu includes some crowd favorites—including poke, made-to-order temaki sushi, prime rib and (yum!) the restaurant’s signature Prince Bread Pudding—served at various action stations. Guests can also order a handful of brand-new dishes that are served straight to your table, including clam chowder with house-made taro rolls, a local vegetable bouquetière and steamed snow crab legs, plus the featured dish of the month: rich and savory bone marrow, balanced by sides of pickled onion and crostini. How’s that for indulgent?
