• Made In Hawaii Festival
HONOLULU Magazine in partnership with the Department of Agriculture's "Buy Fresh, Buy Local" program and a number of Hale Aina Award-winning chefs and restaurants presented a series of cooking demonstrations at the 2009 event.

Nine of Hawaii's best chefs came together to show attendees how and in what kinds of dishes they could use locally grown produce and specialty products.  Get the featured recipes from the event here.

The 2010 Made in Hawaii Festival will take place August 20-22, 2010.
