Who’s coming: Eat the Street Bacon
For diehard bacon lovers, Friday’s Eat the Street is where you’ll need to be to feast on a variety of bacon goodness from more than 40 food trucks and street food vendors. This month, vendors will incorporate the meat into at least one dish, resulting in everything from Cajun fries with bacon to bacon gelato. Two new vendors also are joining the mix — Crawfish R Us and Blanc Catering.
Plus, don’t forget to enter Streetgrindz.com’s Bacon Poetry Contest. The winner will receive a year’s worth of bacon from The Whole Ox Deli.
