State, city, county offices are closed Tuesday, November 4 in observance of General Election Day, a state holiday. Federal offices are open and mail will be delivered.
Public schools, the University of Hawai‘i and some private schools are closed while others remain open.

On-street parking is free, except for the meters on Kalākaua Avenue along Kapi‘olani Park and metered parking lots.

Traffic lanes will not be coned for contraflow.

The Neal S. Blaisdell Center Box Office will be closed.

All Satellite City Halls and Driver’s License offices will be closed.

The People’s Open Markets will not be held.

Emergency ambulance, fire, lifeguard and police services will be available.
