What: The Pig and the Lady takes over Taste's kitchen tonight with Noodle Bar. Offerings include slow-cooked pork belly and rice noodles in a beef and pork broth and a crispy banh mi filled with char siu, pickled vegetables and a poached egg. Make room for some special guests – Szechuan barbecue ribs from Kiba Cafe's Neil Hong and Meyer lemon and pandan tarts from pastry chef Alison Yokouchi.
