The Hale ‘Aina Supper Club is back

Late last year, chef Kanani Lincoln started a twice-monthly supper club in the space formerly occupied by Don Ho’s. It seemed like a good way to make use of the space, as well as showcase his creativity for potential clients through a prix fixe menu that constantly changes.

The Hale ‘Aina Supper Club, as he calls it, went on hiatus for a few months due to a busy holiday (and thus busy catering) season, but he’s back on track and had his first event of 2012 on Friday night.
