The Hale ‘Aina Supper Club is back
Late last year, chef Kanani Lincoln started a twice-monthly supper club in the space formerly occupied by Don Ho’s. It seemed like a good way to make use of the space, as well as showcase his creativity for potential clients through a prix fixe menu that constantly changes.
The Hale ‘Aina Supper Club, as he calls it, went on hiatus for a few months due to a busy holiday (and thus busy catering) season, but he’s back on track and had his first event of 2012 on Friday night. Only the first 30 people who reserve with credit cards can get in. (I was lucky enough to get an invitation at the last minute to fill a seat!)
