Teano launches new line of graphic tanks
Hawaii-born international model Rhonee Rojas debuted his new line of graphic men’s and women’s tanks at a private soiree Sunday in the Ocean Terrance Room at the Hokua building. Media, buyers and industry peers were among the crowd who got to see the 18 different designs of limited-edition graphic tanks featured in the spring/summer 2015 vintage paradise collection.
The designs are unique, infused with vintage hula girl images with a 1950s pin-up girl vibe, paired modern vibrant graphics to give it an updated feel. Speaking of feel, the tanks are super soft, but the quality of the material holds it shape well. Rojas named his new endeavor after his late maternal grandmother, Maria Teano Dugay. The designs will be available for purchase online on Dec. 12, at www.teanodesign.com.
