The ARTS at Marks Garage has a lot going on this Halloween season, with four screenings of the raunchy cult classic, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” a Halloween Night Dance Party and a Day of The Dead Cocktail Party.
Oct. 21 through Nov. 1: A Dia de Los Muertos themed exhibition of shrines will decorate the gallery, called Shrines @ Marks. The gallery will be closed during normal business hours but will be viewable through the windows.

This month’s Eat The Street theme is Dia De Los Muertos falling exactly on Halloween. Bring the entire family and enjoy “truck-or-treat” at your favorite food trucks.
Come dressed for one of four Halloween costume contests that will be occurring every hour for your chance to win food vouchers. The categories are best pet, cutest keiki, scariest and best Dia De Los Muertos.

Clue themed Halloween with mystery crime game. Guests will receive a packet of cards/clues when they arrive and be able to get clues with drinks and food items as well as being able to interrogate (talk) to suspects (staff) for further clues. Winner will be awarded with prize!

This month’s ARTafterDARK theme is a nod to classic horror films.

This year, evil resides over the Haunted Plantation plagued by stories of the Oni, a demon conjured by forbidden love, and the Doll Maker, a soul-less man creating dolls from the dried flesh of dead children.
Don’t be fooled into a false sense of security by the hordes of visitors, as this plantation is truly haunted. The attraction transforms 60 actors into the undead and unholy and is not recommended for children under 13. Even those under 16 years old need adult supervision.

Have a secret passion for the paranormal? Make a reservation to join the Haunted Plantation Ghost Hunt that runs for four nights only. Each tour can accommodate 20 people and will equip them with professional paranormal investigation equipment like EVPs and voice boxes. The tours are two hours long, allowing ghost hunters ample time to explore the plantation grounds. The group will be separated into two smaller groups taking turns on each half of the plantation.
