What: A heads up for Waikiki shoppers! Royal Hawaiian Center's parking policy is about to change. Starting August 1, if you park in the 10-floor, 600-stall lot, a $10 minimum purchase will be required for validation. Rates themselves will remain the same at one hour of free parking with validation, then $1 per hour for the next three hours.
When: Changes go into effect on August 1.
