Seattle eats: No ordinary food here

The foodie culture in Seattle had effected every type of food you can think of. During my trip, Mark and Gypsy was determined to share with me all the great eateries that they had discovered in the city and I was not complaining. I was very amazed to see how even stereotypical delis, burger joints and bar food was anything but ordinary.

Opened by Mario Batali’s parents Armandino and Marilyn as their “retirement dream” Salumi Artisan Cured Meats is a popular place to get sandwiches and cured meats in Seattle’s Pioneer district. People start lining up up to an hour before the shop opens up in the morning. Once the doors open, the crowd into the small shop to get their sandwiches or cured meat orders.
