San Francisco food, part 2: Off The Grid

On my last trip to the Bay Area, I blogged about a huge food truck gathering called Off The Grid. There are usually about 24 to 30 trucks at the big gathering on Friday nights, but the one on Saturday at McCoppin Hub is dramatically smaller and mellower. Still, the food is good and you can get a good sampling of unique items.

If you’re going to sample food, make it a tweetup! Here’s a quick snapshot of some of the food we ate.

When in San Francisco, it’s always fun to tweet up with foodies from Hawaii at a spot where we can graze. From left: Kendall (@totoleetotoro) and Alyce Lee are regulars at many of the Off The Grid events, and know its organizer Matt Cohen very well.

Okay, just one more food gallery on San Francisco, and I’m caught up!
