Ruth’s Chris Steak House open for Lunch

Looking for somewhere special to take your office manager to say thanks during Administrative Professionals week? Well, Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Restaurant Row will have special lunch hours for the week. From April 22nd to the 24th, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering many of its signature dinner menu selections. This popular event sold out last year, so be sure to make your reservations today.

Here’s a look at the menu:


  • Barbecued Shrimp
    Sautéed New Orleans-style in reduced white wine, butter, garlic and spices.
  • Veal Osso Buco Ravioli
    Saffron infused pasta filled with veal osso buco and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served with sautéed spinach and a white wine demi glace.
  • Onion Soup au Gratin
  • Louisiana Seafood Gumbo BOWL
  • Shrimp Cocktail/Shrimp Remoulade
    Chilled jumbo shrimp with your choice of our classic Creole remoulade sauce or our spicy New Orleansstyle cocktail sauce.
  • Seared Ahi /Sashimi
    Perfectly complemented by a spirited sauce with hints of ginger, mustard and beer.
  • Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat
    Broiled mushroom caps with jumbo lump crab stuffing sprinkled with Romano cheese.

  • Steak House Salad
    Iceberg, baby arugula and baby lettuces with grape tomatoes, garlic croutons and red onions.
  • Caesar Salad
    Fresh crisp romaine hearts tossed with Romano cheese and a creamy Caesar dressing and topped with Parmesan cheese.
  • Seared Ahi Tuna Salad
    Fresh field greens, red onions and crunchy vegetables served with slices of our blackened Ahi tuna with a ginger, mustard and beer sauce.
  • Grilled Tenderloin Salad
    Grilled tenderloin with asparagus served atop fresh baby greens, tomatoes, mushrooms and croutons and served with your choice of dressing.
  • Chilled Shellfish Salad
    Jumbo shrimp and jumbo lump crabmeat tossed with a roasted tomato vinaigrette dressing and served on a bed of mixed greens, grape tomatoes and diced peppers.


  • Roasted Chicken Sandwich
    A roasted free-range chicken breast served on a freshly baked bun with Swiss cheese. Served with Maui chips.
  • Blackened Mahimahi Sandwich
    Fresh Island Mahimahi blackened and served on a bun with lemon basil dressing. Served with Maui chips.
  • Prime Burger
    Grilled Prime burger with bleu, cheddar or Swiss cheese. Served with Maui chips.

  • Petite Filet/Filet
    The most tender cut of corn-fed Midwestern beef.
  • Ribeye, 12 oz.
    Prime USDA ribeye well marbled for extra flavor.
  • Stuffed Chicken Breast
    Oven roasted free-range double chicken breast stuffed with garlic herb cheese and served with lemon butter.
  • Barbecued Shrimp
    Our signature jumbo shrimp, sauteed New Orleans style in reduced white wine, butter, garlic and spices, on a bed of our roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
  • Kurobuta Pork Chops
    Two thick center cut chops broiled to perfection and topped with baked cinnamon apples.
  • Sizzlin’ Blue Crab Cakes
    Two jumbo lump crab cakes with sizzling lemon butter.
  • Blackened Mahimahi
    Fresh Island Mahimahi served seasoned and sizzling with a lemon butter caper sauce.

    With blacking spice and topped with lemon and drizzled butter.
