Finding an affordable rental that you’d like to make your home can be hard. And then you have to lock it down. We searched for homes for $2,500 and found three single-family homes currently available, all with a little bit of outside space to boot.
Bonus: They’re all located in popular neighborhoods.
Nu‘uanu
This cute little home is just a hop, skip and jump from downtown Honolulu in lower Nu‘uanu. Tucked away on Kawānanakoa Place, the 1,424-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a carport, and a room on the lower level is a bonus room—use it as a third bedroom or family room with its own bathroom and washer and dryer. When managed by a property manager, renters can often expect a quick response when repairs are needed or other issues arise.
