Bonus: They’re all located in popular neighborhoods.

This cute little home is just a hop, skip and jump from downtown Honolulu in lower Nu‘uanu. Tucked away on Kawānanakoa Place, the 1,424-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a carport, and a room on the lower level is a bonus room—use it as a third bedroom or family room with its own bathroom and washer and dryer. The backyard is full of fruit trees and is a good size. The house is within walking distance of Ma‘ema‘e Elementary School. Rent even includes yard service, so you don’t need to have a green thumb to enjoy the mountain apple, guava, star fruit, mango and pomegranate.
