Quick and simple sake tips

I wanted to call this “Sake for Dummies” or “Sake: Keep it Simple and Stupid,” but that wouldn’t be totally fair. See sake is not as difficult as many people tend to think. It’s actually very enjoyable and approachable. There’s only one rule to remember: There are no rules. Sure there are some cultural faux pas, but you don’t need to worry about those until you have some sake in Japan, and most people will give you a pass for being a foreigner.
