Party pics: ‘Transitopia’ designer showcase
Up-and-coming designers showcased their talents Saturday evening at the Honolulu Community College fashion technology program’s “Transitopia” student designer showcase.
The gala fashion show featured designs from current students, special guest collections by “Project Runway” alums Casanova Carlos, Christopher Collins, Michael Drummond, Mondo Guerra and Andy South, and was capped off by collections by graduating seniors. However, the show was stolen by the person Collins said he will be keeping an eye on, graduating senior Karen Gay.
