The kickoff party for Eleven44’s new night, Liquid, happened on Saturday, with a dressy ’70s retro disco theme, $5 drink specials all night, and DJ Javi from Spain and the UK spinning funky crowd favorites. The LGBT-friendly night also doubled as the official after-party for the Honolulu AIDS Walk, with raffle sponsors like the Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival, Sheraton Waikiki and MAC Cosmetics donating prizes. Proceeds from the raffle ticket sales went to the LIFE Foundation.
