Many people who already knew about Istanbul Hawai‘i have been waiting for them to open; others who are about to discover it are in for a real treat. Hawai‘i doesn’t have many restaurants with Mediterranean flavors, especially presented in this way. I expect photos of Istanbul and its food to be flooding my Instagram feed in the months to come.
