Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa’s celebrated buffet is back and better than ever. Located on the 3rd floor overlooking Waikiki, The Buffet at Hyatt’s anticipated return features fresh, seafood favorites like steamed snow & Dungeness crab legs, oysters, and shrimp to name a few favorites.
Korean BBQ lovers can rejoice and feast at the new BBQ station, where you can watch our chef perfectly grill juicy cuts of favorites like kalbi short ribs and pork belly, to be paired with a variety of flavorful sauces like Korean chili & soybean paste, gochujang, and sesame oil. More Korean options are available at the Hot Buffet and Banchan Stations, where an array of beef bulgogi, fried mandu, bibimbap, kimchee, and so much more await. If you’re a fan of sushi, visit the sushi station for fresh kimbap or made-to-order hand rolls, where our chefs roll right in front of you your order of spicy ahi, California, or crispy salmon skin. Don’t skip the dessert station, with a variety of fresh desserts and soft serve ice cream.
The Buffet at Hyatt is open daily for dinner, 5:00 pm-9:30 pm (last seating 9:00pm), with live music from local musicians from 5:00pm-9:00pm, every night.
