HCC’s Juxtapose fashion show
The Honolulu Community College’s Fashion Technology Program presented its annual fashion show on Saturday, this one called, Juxtapose – Central Park After Dark. Each of the 10 senior designer collections were inspired by the Big Apple, from the Street Bangerz urban vibe to the high society glamour showcased in From Me, To You. Now that HCC has produced three popular “Project Runway” designers — Jay Sario, Ari South and most recently, Kini Zamora — show producers have extended an open invitation to the school for auditions. In a few years, don’t be surprised if you see other HCC designers on the show.
