Hawaii: In Real Life ~ Makeup with Lena

I had always wanted to do a video with my friend, Lena Hanson, who is a renowned makeup artist, brow stylist and licensed esthetician. Aside from her work on brides, films, and regular folk who just need some personal grooming done, Lena is hilarious on and offline.

She recently helped Nonstop’s Diane Seo and Mari Taketa with a makeup lesson, which included tips on how to use makeup brushes. Lena(@lenahanson) doesn’t normally teach makeup, but Diane and Mari were looking to start from square one to reinvigorate their own personal routines.

Even if you’ve been using cosmetics for years, you may still not really know the best way to apply makeup. I found that even I had a lot to learn in this quick little lesson on my own eyeshadow application.
