Eat the Street: BBQ

Although evening sprinkles dampened the mood, this month’s Eat the Street at the Makers and Tasters lot was full of delicious finds, with a BBQ theme encouraging vendors to get out the smoked meat, grilled goodies and cole slaw. Some noteworthy stops: Donnie’s Bar-Be-Que Smokehouse ribs and turkey legs, smoked in a huge rotary grill, Hawaiian Fresh Farms and their Mango BBQ Brisket Burger, Big Texan BBQ for their giant Mason jars of sweet tea, and Tin Hut BBQ’s Southern Style Smoked Chicken and Pulled Pork.
