This one’s for all the vegetarians, vegans and those who have a gluten/dairy/soy/grain-free diet. You can still feast on the holiday with this Thanksgiving package that includes non-turkey in lettuce cups, cauliflower-thyme mash with a miso-shallot gravy, a Waldorf salad and a kabocha pumpkin pie.

The Pig & The Lady
Create your own Thanksgiving meal package from The Pig & the Lady. The Chinatown restaurant is offering turkey and sage stuffing sausages, Southern style potlikkers with collard greens, roasted marshmallow and candied yam rolls, dirty rice (ground turkey giblets and liver cooked with onions, celery, green peppers and rice cooked with turkey stock), Sriracha cranberry sauce, pho gravy and pumpkin chiffon pie.

MAC 24/7 is offering a buffet of an array of Thanksgiving food, including a carving station for slow-roasted turkey and Hawaiian sea salt-crusted prime rib. The buffet also boasts more than 20 hot and cold sides such as roasted butternut lobster bisque, candied sweet potatoes with marshmallow brûlée, and seven-cheese mac and cheese. And save room for dessert, which includes a pancake station and housemade pecan pie.

This open-air restaurant at The Kāhala Hotel & Resort is offering a Thanksgiving brunch and dinner buffet with a traditional roast turkey carving station and all the fixings. The brunch menu also features non-Thanksgiving fare such as made-to-order omelets, an assortment of breakfast meats, steamed snow crab with garlic butter and a slew of desserts. And for dinner, enjoy an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet with roast turkey and prime rib, various seafood and sushi offerings, garlic rosemary-roasted lamb and a full dessert station with Valrhona chocolate mousse, caramelized pineapple upside-down cake, vanilla bean bread pudding and, of course, pumpkin pie.

The signature restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Waikīkī Beach Resort and Spa is offering its own twist on the traditional Thanksgiving buffet spread. The menu features traditional turkey and ham carving stations, poached Kaua‘i shrimp with a spicy mango cocktail sauce, handmade California rolls, Thai curry butternut squash soup, maple-fried Brussels sprouts with pipikaula and a gelato cart featuring four different flavors.

Tiki’s Grill & Bar
Executive chef Ronnie Nasuti is cooking up a three-course Thanksgiving menu. The first course is your choice between the parsnip and apple bisque with cinnamon crème fraîche or a Waimānalo greens salad with cranberries, roasted grapes, pistachios and sherry Dijon vinaigrette. The second course is a slow-roasted tom turkey with pineapple-Portuguese sausage dressing, Yukon gold potato puree, Moloka‘i sweet potato puree and rosemary chardonnay pan gravy. The third course is a pumpkin butter cake with eggnog anglaise.

This restaurant at The Kāhala Hotel & Resort has a special Thanksgiving five-course menu that comes paired with premium wines. This special menu, which runs on Thursday and Friday night, features kampachi carpaccio with a ponzu-truffle vinaigrette, sautéed foie gras with a butternut square potage, roasted turkey with a cranberry coulis and truffle jus, and a pumpkin tart for dessert. If you want more of a selection, you can still order from the a la carte menu, too.
