Jamaican reggae singer Tarrus Riley drops in on Hawaii with his Black Soil Band for a concert at The Waterfront. Opening for him are Rootical Riddim, Micah G, Common Kings, Jah Maoli and others. Riley, who started as Busta Rhymes’ DJ, has won numerous awards in his native Jamaica and toured all over the world.
