The Honolulu Firefighters Foundation hosted a deliciously memorable evening for about 400 attendees at Friday’s 4th Annual Signature Chefs Food Festival at the Honolulu Fire Department’s Kakaako headquarters. The elite dining event, benefiting the Honolulu Firefighters Foundation, featured food stations by Chef Chai, Side Street Inn, Roy’s, Tango Contemporary Café, Poke Stop, Mariposa, beachhouse at the Moana and Sheraton Waikiki, as well as the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Kapiolani Community College and Hawaii Job Corps Culinary Arts.
HFD firefighters also participated in a cook-off between the Island’s various battalions, then later in the evening, passed around desserts by JJ Bistro & French Pastry, Liliha Bakery, The Royal Hawaiian and Sprinks!.
