Another year, another Punahou Carnival. This year’s two-day event, which began yesterday and runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. today, offers a New York, New York theme. Yet, despite the Manhattan spin, we all know exactly what to expect each year, E.K. Fernandez rides, games, mango chutney and of course the full food lineup of beloved eats.
