Did this: Marukame Downtown Soft Opening

After a year of construction, the popular Waikiki udon shop is finally opening its second location in Downtown Honolulu, on the corner of Fort Street Mall and Hotel Street. Marukame Udon, known for its freshly-made noodles, cafeteria-style selections and exceptionally reasonable prices, held its opening preview last night for media, friends and family to sample the various offerings and meet their staff.

The new Marukame will open today at 10 a.m. and will operate Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a take out window operating from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
