-
Cookspace offers a full lineup of cooking classes and tastings this summer. Want to get more comfortable in the kitchen? Learn cooking basics such as knife skills and braising and roasting with Kevin Lee, opening chef of Prima. Looking to impress a date with chocolate and whiskey pairings? Taste three whiskeys selected by Kyle Reutner (The Pig and the Lady) alongside Michelle Karr Ueoka's (MW Restaurant) Waialua chocolate desserts. Or if you want to just enjoy a dinner, Colin Hazama of the Sheraton Waikiki and Louis Maldanado of Spoonbar in Healdsburg, California are preparing a six-course dinner this Thursday, including shaved geoduck with fermented chili, Kona abalone roasted in Sonoma coast seaweed, and Sonoma lamb saddle with tea smoked scallops.
