Located at the gateway to Waikīkī, near the Luxury Row retailers, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikīkī Beach will include units ranging from studios to penthouses.
Dining options will include gourmet market Dean & DeLuca, Sushi Sho, as well as BLT Market and a locally owned produce and grocery market, to be announced later.
Early interest in the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikīkī Beach has been strong, according to the developers, with 88 percent sold to buyers primarily from Japan, the United States and other parts of Asia. Remaining units include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with prices from $998,800 to $3.5 million.
Those going for the luxe of the luxe may be interested in penthouse estates that feature a dedicated concierge, private elevator access and private rooftop lānai priced from $6.75 million to $25 million.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Real Estate Gallery located on Kalākaua Avenue at the corner of Kālaimoku Street is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
