California, here I come!

Looks like the Nonstop crew is dispersing across the globe and giving you new (but nonstop) coverage of things to do and eat.
I’m leaving for San Francisco to run the Nike Women’s Marathon on Sunday. Well, just half — I’m not ready for a marathon yet this year! I’ll be with about 50 other women from Hawaii, some of whom are on Twitter and Facebook, so you can follow along.
The run won’t be as wild as Bay to Breakers, not by a long shot. But it’s going to be exciting!
The rest of the trip, I’ll be eating, drinking, shopping, and tweeting up with some of the San Francisco people I didn’t get to see last time, as well as my first online friends from Fodors.com. I’ll also be visiting our buddies at LiveFyre and am going to Napa for a day with cartoonist Deb Aoki.
On the last leg of my trip, I’m going to spend a couple of days in Los Angeles. More eating, more drinking, tweeting up with @DKMomus, @Thatdamnhoney, and hopefully our very own Jermel-Lynn Quillopo.
I kind of have my plans mapped out already, but if you have any suggestions on shopping and eating — especially in LA — I’d love to hear them. Once I leave, you can follow my blog, Facebook, Twitter and the hashtag 808CA.
